The preliminary results of survey on integration of Ukrainian refugees in VET were presented in a webinar on 31 March 2022. 

The survey was launched by the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion of the European Commission (DG EMPL). It is addressed to policy makers, social partners and VET providers, aiming to collect information to be shared among authorities and organisations engaged in welcoming and supporting refugees from the Ukraine through Vocational Education and Training.

A webinar was aimed to:

  • inform participants about the actions being undertaken by the Commission/EUt o support Member States in providing the necessary assistance to Ukrainian refugees, in particular in the area of education and training, and the labour market,
  • share experiences and practices of Member States’ authorities and stakeholders to facilitate the integration of Ukrainian refugees, with a focus on initial and continuing VET.
