Following the Council Recommendation on VET, the Vocational Education and Training Action Plan for 2022-2025 has been adopted by the Council of Ministers. The document presents measures planned for the implementation of the priorities of Council Recommendation of 24 November 2020 on vocational education and training (VET) for sustainable competitiveness, social fairness and resilience and the objectives of Osnabrück Declaration of 30 November 2020 on vocational education and training as an enabler of recovery and just transitions to digital and green economies.

The publication examines how national policies and practices in the field of career guidance and counselling in the EU Member States can support students at risk and early leavers from education and training. Identifies common patterns and existing information gaps and outlines future prospects.
