Public consultations have begun on the draft regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy on job placement and career counselling provided by employment offices and the Voluntary Labour Corps (OHP).
The new regulation introduces provisions that will make it easier for employers to submit job offers and cooperate with employment offices. It simplifies and reduces bureaucracy in the area of assistance provided to job seekers. It specifies minimum staffing levels in employment offices for career counsellors, employment counsellors, assistants and EURES advisers.
The draft, together with its justification and Regulatory Impact Assessment, has been published on the website of the Government Legislation Centre.
