We invite you to review the outcomes of the meta-evaluation of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development (PO WER) in education and digitalisation.
Commissioned by the Ministry of National Education in 2024, the report highlights key successes, including the development of e-materials on the Integrated Educational Platform (ZPE), employer engagement in vocational training, and improved access to career counselling.
It also identifies challenges such as limited use of ZPE (68.7% of general and 62.8% of vocational teachers), weak university–vocational school collaboration, and low adult learning engagement.
Recommendations include further development of e-materials, stronger educational partnerships, and improving career counselling, alongside broader use of the Integrated Qualifications System (ZSK) and Integrated Qualifications Register (ZRK)
