This synthesis report summarises the findings of the Cedefop project “The changing nature and role of vocational education and training in Europe (2016-18)”.
The analysis prepared by the Educational Research Institute in 2019 presents various types of changes in the field of vocational education, which are planned and are being undertaken in the context of the development of industry 4.0, as well digitialization, automation and the development of new technologies.
Based on Article 60, para. 3, point 1 of the Act of 14 December 2016 - The School Education Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 910), the Minister of National Education determined the directions for the state's educational policy in the 2020/2021 school year.
