The sixth edition of the European Vocational Skills Week to be held on 16-20 May will focus on the Green Transition.

The European Vocational Skills Week is an annual initiative promoting the benefits of vocational education and training and bringing together the different communities and stakeholders interested in VET. This week has been organised since 2016.

The main theme of this edition, the Green Transformation, is in line with the declaration expressed in the European Green Deal that the European Union will become carbon neutral by 2050.

The Week’s organisers encourage the initiation of national, regional and local European Vocational Skills Week events during the same week as well as on other dates. The events can be registered via a dedicated on-line form.
