According to the latest Cedefop report, artificial intelligence and progressing process automation may significantly change working conditions. According to the analysis, these changes will not necessarily mean a reduction in the number of jobs, but rather their transformation. The processes taking place in industry are forcing changes not only in the way work is performed, but also in the level of education in the workplace and outside of it, as well as in the profile of acquired skills.
