The Ministry of National Education has defined the basic guidelines for the implementation of the State’s education policy for the 2026/2027 school year.
- Supporting kindergartens and schools in implementing the changes brought about by the Reform26. The Jutra Compass, aimed at creating a demanding, supportive and thriving school.
- A place to build social resilience - shaping patriotic, civic and social attitudes and responsibility for one’s own and others’ safety.
- Health education at school - promoting healthy lifestyles, motor activity and preparing students for responsible health-enhancing behaviours and first aid.
- Promoting digital hygiene and off-line activities. Develop the ability to navigate safely online and think critically, including the responsible use of artificial intelligence, as well as to benefit from the functionalities and resources of the Integrated Education Platform.
- Identifying the needs of children and adolescents through a performance assessment in pre-school and school settings. Supporting kindergartens and schools in working with parents in the education, psychological and pedagogical assistance and upbringing process to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the support provided to each child.
- Preventing behavioural addiction and addressing peer violence. Supporting the mental health of children and young people and providing assistance in mental crises.
- Support informed educational and professional decision-making, with a particular focus on career guidance and promotion of vocational training. Generalise the new vocational training offer developed with the industries.
- Support students’ curiosity and cognitive activity by promoting interdisciplinary education and project work and using formative assessment and feedback in working with the student.
