Do you work with teachers or instructors of practical vocational training? Do you have people who want to teach or support vocational training, but lack pedagogical training? Submit a project application to finance the improvement of their qualifications through a grant from the Operational Programme Knowledge Development Education to improve their qualifications.

Participants of supported projects will have the opportunity to learn the methods of working with learners used in Austria, Denmark and Germany – countries with a dual system of vocational education. Teachers and instructors of practical vocational training from Poland will be able to follow the work of instructors in their teaching environments. They will be able to gain knowledge and new experiences directly during practical vocational classes.

In addition, candidates for practical vocational training instructors who have the appropriate qualifications will be able to complete a course in pedagogy, entitling them to work as instructors.

Applications should be submitted by November 30, 2018.
