Cedefop invites to the international webinar “Developing effective lifelong guidance systems”, which will take place on 10 April 2025, from 11:15 to 12:45 CET.

The event offers an opportunity to explore the latest research and examples of good practice in the organisation and development of career guidance systems that support lifelong learning and career mobility. Experts from various countries will share their experiences and present recommendations on public policy in this field.

Jerzy Bielecki, the national coordinator of ReferNet Poland, will take part in the panel discussion “What do guidance policies and systems look like across different sectors?” He will present the current situation in Poland and outline key strategies aimed at supporting the development of citizens’ skills.

The webinar is aimed at policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and anyone interested in career and educational guidance.
