On October 10, the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Science of 6 October 2023 on non-school based continuing education was announced (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2175).

The legislative process of the draft regulation of the Minister of Education and Science amending the regulation on the general objectives and tasks of education in vocational education professions and the classification of vocational education professions is ongoing.
